The Constitution of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic (NKR) was adopted at the National Referendum held on December 10, 2006. 90077 voters partook in the Referendum, with 77279 voters or 98.58% of the participants voted for and 554 voters or 0.7% of the participants voted against the acceptance of the Main Law.
In the republic the day of the Constitutional Referendum is a holiday and a non-working day.
