On 29 March Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan called an enlarged consultation dedicated to the implementation of the constitutional reforms.
At the beginning of the consultation NKR defense minister Levon Mnatsakanyan presented a report on activities having been carried out in the sphere of army building since the end of the Four Day April war.
In his speech Bako Sahakyan noted that the reforms claimed from the public system comprehensive, systematic, long-standing, active and task-oriented work.
The Head of the State highlighted that conscientious attitude of all the competent and responsible authorities towards the solution of set tasks, coordinated team work, considerable effort put toward it are the basis of successful implementation of the constitutional reforms, expressing confidence that efficient activities and all the possible would be done towards ensuring the implementation of the constitutional reforms and putting the Constitution into effect.
National Assembly Chairman Ashot Ghoulyan, premier Arayik Haroutyunyan, representatives of the republic's legislative, executive and judicial powers partook in the consultation.
