Vitaly Balasanyan released from the position of adviser to the President of the Artsakh Republic
On 6 September President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on releasing Vitaly Balasanyan from the position of adviser to the President of the Artsakh Republic in connection with transfer to another job.
