                                                                          On 20 February President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan partook at the solemn ceremony of opening the new building of the Center of Child and Teen-age Creativity in capital Stepanakert.
     Rating high role of the center in preserving national culture, Bako Sahakyan expressed confidence that it would contribute to aesthetic education of children, as well as revealing and developing their creative abilities.
