On 4 March President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan visited Martakert regional center where he laid flowers to the memorials of the Artsakh war commanders Vladimir Balayan and Sassoun Hakobyan as well as got acquainted with the education conditions in Martakert secondary school named after Vladimir Balayan.
From the regional center the President went to the village of Mets Shen. Bako Sahakyan met with villagers and inquire about problems the village faces. The Head of the State entrusted corresponding central and regional structures to solve water supply problems of the village in the shortest time possible.
