In connection with the enthronement of the Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians Garegin The Second President of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic Bako Sahakyan sent a congratulations letter to the leader of Armenian Church.
The letter runs as follows: "On the behalf of the entire Artsakh people and myself I extend my warm congratulations and sincere wishes in connection with the 10th anniversary of Your enthronement.
