You perform crucial and responsible mission of preserving lawfulness, strengthening nomocracy, defending legitimate interests and rights of our citizens. The progress and achievements of our state are also dependent on your professional and honest work.
A new chapter in the history of the public prosecutor's office was opened up when our people declared independent statehood and embarked on the way of making their future on their own. Today it significantly contributes to the enhancement of democracy in Artsakh, strengthening of the state, improving the image of our country and gives an opportunity to introduce ourselves with dignity to the international community.
This working style should be further advanced and developed. Effective struggle with crime, maintaining the supremacy of law, and protecting the freedoms of people are the requirements of the NKR Constitution, which should be indispensably respected and followed by every worker of the structure.
I am confident that the public prosecutor's office has necessary potential to solve efficiently the problems it faces and the state in its turn will support the successful organization of this process in every way possible.
